Monumental death's head. Classic 7mm metal horn faux-stretcher, with skull stretcher-head.

A faux-stretch piercing pewter horn, two-part ear-stud with skull final; fitted with surgical steel ear-post.

Worn in the ear through a standard earring piercing, but looks like a stretched piercing when in place.
